Lobster Care and Cooking Instructions

World's Finest Seafoods has packed your lobsters carefully for their long trip to you. Sometimes the lobsters may appear sleepy and motionless, but they are very much alive. Follow the cooking instructions below...
What should be done when your lobster arrives?
Refrigerate the lobsters when they arrive, either in the crisper or loosely on the shelf.
Your lobsters will not turn red until they are fully cooked. After cooking, the tail should curl up under the body and the meat should be firm. Eat the lobsters as soon as possible, the fresher the better.
Please Note: Lobsters drown in fresh water; please do not put then in your sink or bathtub.
